Instructor: Mary Ann Liebowitz, Certified InstructorYogasculpt is a blend of yoga exercises and stretch techniques to help build strength, flexibility and balance in the mind and the body. The combination will promote flexibility, injury prevention as well as help diminish the effects of aging along with creating serenity and calm in both mind and body allowing for clearer thought and better physical function.
Is it your first time on the mat, or have you been doing Pilates for years? All levels are welcome in this class. Participants will perform classical Pilates exercises with an experienced certified instructor to strengthen your body and improve posture and balance. All you need is a mat for this fun full body workout! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and bring water.
A class designed for all bodies, all ages and all levels of experience including complete beginners. The focus will be on building calm, flexibility and strength in a warm, friendly environment. The class will involve gentle to moderate movement, breathing exercises and some short meditation. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel/blanket. Yoga mats available or bring your own.
This class will focus on a full body workout led by exercise physiologist and trainer Meg Radcliff. Using body weight and light weights for strength and intervals of cardio blasts to burn fat and increase fitness. Participants may bring their own yoga mat and light weights if preferred. Classes are catered to all fitness levels.
This class will consist of a variety of activities and weight stations focusing on full body strength and cardio. Outdoors under the memorial park tunnels this class is energetic and fun but adaptable to a variety of fitness abilities

This Power Volleyball program is for advanced players and offers a competitive yet enjoyable fun recreational experience. Participants must have knowledge of the rules and positions of the game. To ensure safety, all registered players will undergo an evaluation to determine their eligibility for the program. At the beginning of the session, each player's skill level and court performance will be assessed.Note: Program schedule is subject to change due to School District calendar of events.
